1. This painting is part of Strings Attached, a 2015 series by Jonas Lund which consists of twenty-four paintings.

2. Each painting in the series has specific terms attached to it that limit the work’s transferability.

3. In the case of Auction, it must be offered for sale at a Phillips Under The Influence auction during 2018 Should Phillips discontinue the series it must be offered at one of their day sales in 2018.

4. Should Auction not be offered for sale at a Phillips Under The Influence auction during 2018 or at one of their day sales in 2018, its certificate of authenticity will be void and the painting shall no longer be considered a valid work of art by Jonas Lund.

5. By purchasing Auction, the Buyer explicitly agrees to all of the terms of ownership including those described on the face of the painting as well as those (1-7) herein described and which are attached to the back of the painting.

6. The Artist will maintain a website (http://strings-attached.info/) which will include images of all twenty four paintings as well as the current validity status of each work.

7. Once the terms of this agreement have been met the painting may be freely transferred by any subsequent owner.
